Four major shows are presented each season by the Council’s Visual Arts Committee. The artwork exhibited in each Visual Arts Showcase is selected by a jury--a review panel of local artists and community members interested in the arts. The series features the best available work of local artists and is open to artists in Onondaga County and surrounding areas. The exhibits are on display four times a year at the Link Gallery in The Warehouse at 350 West Fayette Street in Syracuse.
The Visual Arts Committee of the Cultural Resources Council is dedicated to promoting quality work by local professional artists through its exhibition series. For the past thirteen years the Visual Arts Committee has volunteered its time and expertise to provide opportunities for local artists to present their work in a public forum.
The Visual Arts Committee oversees the display of high quality artwork to benefit both our community and our area artists.
